Sri Krishnamurthy, CFA, is the founder of QuantUniversity, a data, machine learning and quantitative analysis company. He has more than 15 years of experience in analytics, quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and designing large–scale data-driven applications. Previously, Sri worked for Citigroup, Endeca, and MathWorks and has consulted with more than 25 customers in the financial services and energy industries .

Sri started QuantUniversity in 2013 and has trained more than 500 industry professionals in the financial services and energy industries. His students work at organizations like the FED, EY, Deloitte, Fannie Mae, OCC, Regions Bank, etc. and are located in 13+ countries.

Sri has also taught more than 30 graduate semester courses since 2013 in the MS in Information systems program, MS in Computer Systems Engineering, MBA and MS in Business Analytics programs. He has trained more than 1,000 graduate students in quantitative methods, analytics, machine learning and big data in the industry and at Babson College, Northeastern University, and Hult International Business School, many of whom work in data science roles at financial services firms.

Sri earned an MS in computer systems engineering and an MS in computer science from Northeastern University and an MBA with a focus on investments from Babson College. He is a Charted Financial Analyst and has volunteered his time in various initiatives at the CFA institute, PRMIA, QWAFAFEW and is a reviewer of the Journal of Asset Management.
